When you have placed an order with us and the money has been withdrawn, it means that your order has been shipped. You will receive a tracking number and order number from Bring so you can track your order.
If you do not receive an order number, please check your SPAM filter. If you still can't find it, you can contact our customer service during opening hours, and we will send it to you.
As soon as we have sent the package from us, it is usually delivered within 2-4 business days. However, there may be a longer delivery time during busy periods, such as e.g. Christmas.
